About

Hi!

I’m Maria, a Portuguese graphic designer, living and working in London. Since arriving in the city I have been growing my experience within the industry, initially volunteering with two charities, after that increasing my network of paying clients while freelancing, and finally landing my career in the FinTech world! I have been working on both print and digital projects across different areas of graphic design such as Branding, Marketing and Advertising.

This is Me…

I am a highly creative thinker, with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and am driven to succeed in everything that I do, constantly maintaining and updating my knowledge.

Being focused and responsible, I have exceptional attention to detail and am capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, whilst working under pressure and within tight deadlines.

My organization skills allow me to prioritize, plan things ahead and be competent in working on several projects at the same time.

As an empathic individual and great team collaborator, I have the ability to follow a brief in an accurate way, be consistent regarding brand guidelines, and listen to any feedback with a professional approach.

What Clients Say

“It is always a pleasure working with Maria. Above all, she is a very talented designer with a great eye, able to work to a brief and produce fantastic results which adapt successfully for a wide range of marketing materials, including brand guidelines, brochures, posters, flyers, banners and social media graphics. On top of this, she is also professional, quick and a lovely person too! I recommend her to everyone I work with.”

Elizabeth, Freelance Marketing Professional at CoolTan Arts and Camberwell Fair

“I have worked with Maria Ferreira as a designer for 2 years and have always found her to be a pleasure to work with: accommodating, pleasant, quick, instantly grasping what it needs to be done and dealing with our (often frequent) last minute changes with calmness and equanimity. It has been a pleasure to work with her and I have no hesitation in recommending her for any design job!”

André Marmot, Director at Camberwell Fair

“Maria is a real design professional who works well to a given brief and timelines. (…) What makes Maria different is the way she really puts her artistic eye into the brief she has been given and comes up with a really interesting and clear design and copy that matches the brief 100%. I would recommend Maria to any creative businesses or community organisation as she has commitment, creativity and passion for design. ”

John Whelan, Founder at People’s Company

“We have worked with Maria for over a year now and have always found her to be professional and adaptable. We often need help support with marketing materials at short notice with a very short turnaround time; she always delivers high-quality work on time and to the brief. It is a genuine pleasure to work with someone who has such a passion for creativity and is a jolly nice person too.”
